What this means

Outside the construction zone between the cantonal roads K 260 and K 262, the Reuss Valley Decree applies: caravans, mobile homes, tents and the like are prohibited there. This applies to the entire valley area on the Reuss.
Machine-translated, may be inaccurate — the original wording is authoritative.

§ 2 of the decree does not provide for a permit for individuals — the municipal council can only grant exceptions for events of public interest and only temporarily in the agricultural zone. Outside the decree area, ordinary police law applies again. The decree says nothing about spending the night without a tent.
